Everything seemed normal during the order placement yet on the date of delivery, I'd sent a message asking if there's even a sketch to see yet and there was no response, fast forward a week late after the delivery due date, I message them again and it is cold silent. I don't know what kind of scam tactic...

Was very friendly before placing the order but afterwards it was radio silent. When he didn’t meet the deadline I was wondering what happened to my commission so I sent him a private message which he ignored for 4 days. I got a full refund. I would recommend avoiding this scammer.

Delivered exactly what I asked for with only a very short delay. Gave me a somewhat long but realistic estimate of time required to complete the work. The time was well worth it because the final product was extremely cool and exceeded my expectations. Communicated effectively.
