I work with authors to improve their manuscripts and prepare their books for publication. My experience includes beta reading, book editing, and manuscript preparation, with a focus on helping authors strengthen their stories and present their work professionally. My responsibilities include reviewing manuscripts from a reader's perspective, providing constructive feedback on plot, pacing, character development, clarity, and reader engagement, editing text for clarity and consistency, and preparing manuscripts for publication according to the author's requirements. I collaborate with authors to identify areas for improvement, address issues that may affect the reading experience, and help ensure their manuscripts are organized and ready for the next stage of the publishing process. Through these projects, I have developed practical experience working with different manuscripts, understanding authors' goals, and delivering thoughtful, detail-oriented support throughout the book development process.
