I have hands-on experience working as a Network Engineer, providing technical support, configuration, and troubleshooting for enterprise IT environments. My work involves designing, configuring, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructures for offices and lab setups. I have experience configuring firewalls including NAT, DNAT (port forwarding), security policies, and VPNs (SSL/IPsec) to ensure secure remote and site-to-site connectivity. I regularly work with L2 and L3 switches, handling VLAN creation, inter-VLAN routing, trunk/access port configuration, and resolving LAN/WAN connectivity issues. On the server side, I provide Windows Server administration, including Active Directory (AD) setup and management, DNS configuration and troubleshooting, and file/storage server configuration. I assist with user and group management, permissions, and resolving server-related network issues. My role also includes diagnosing complex network problems, performing root-cause analysis, and implementing long-term solutions rather than temporary fixes.
