You'll need an API key from OpenAI or Anthropic (Claude) — I'll guide you through getting one if you don't have it yet. Usage costs are billed directly by them, separately from my fee, and are usually just a few dollars a month for small-to-medium traffic.
Can the bot work in a language other than English?
Yes. GPT and Claude both handle multiple languages well, so the bot can respond in Russian, Spanish, or whatever language your customers use — just let me know when we start.
What if I need changes after the bot is delivered?
Each package includes revisions during development. After delivery, I'm happy to make small adjustments for free within a few days — anything beyond that (new features, major changes) can be handled as a quick add-on.
