He understood exactly what I wanted and got it to me as quickly as he could despite the large time zone difference

Unfortunately, this experience didn’t meet my expectations. The delivery was delayed and the final result felt rushed and lacked the detail I was looking for. Communication could have been better, as my feedback wasn’t really taken into account. I appreciate the effort, but sadly I had to cancel the order in the end.
