Built an automated system to publish social media posts straight from an Airtable database. Connected Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn so text updates and images post at the same time. Added automatic image downloading to make sure posts with pictures publish cleanly. Set up status tracking in Airtable so the team knows when a post goes live. Created an automated workflow that runs on the 1st day of every month to launch new projects. Programmed the system to select the correct Notion templates and calculate project start dates. Automatically linked new project pages to the right client records in Notion. Scheduled monthly kickoff meetings and team check-ins automatically without manual typing.

Harrison Grant Consulting is business firm that relied heavily on Make.com (formerly Integromat) to manage client onboarding, CRM automation, invoicing, and internal task delegation. Over time, their Make.com automation system became unstable. Multiple Make.com scenarios were failing due to API limits, incorrect webhook configurations, and poorly structured automation workflows built by a previous freelancer. They needed a Make.com expert who could fix Make.com errors, optimize API integration logic, and rebuild their workflow automation foundation without disrupting live operations. I conducted a full audit of their Make.com setup and identified broken modules, inefficient routers, and duplicate automation triggers. Using advanced Make.com API modules and custom webhook configuration, I rebuilt their make automation structure to ensure stable data processing between HubSpot, Airtable CRM, Monday.com, and QuickBooks. I redesigned each Make.com scenario to include proper error handling, retry logic, and structured data parsing to prevent future failures. In addition to fixing Make.com scenarios, I introduced n8n automation as a secondary backend layer for more complex API integration tasks. This hybrid setup reduced their reliance on unstable Zapier automation and improved system reliability. After deployment, failed workflows dropped to near zero, CRM automation became fully synchronized, and the business automation system ran consistently without manual intervention. The company now operates on a clean, optimized Make.com automation infrastructure designed for long-term scalability.
