Will the bot "hallucinate" or give wrong information?
No. Unlike standard ChatGPT bots that guess, I use Intent-Matching and a Grounded Knowledge Base. This means the bot is programmed to only answer based on the knowledge.txt file we create for your business. If it doesn't know an answer, it will politely say so.
Can I update the bot's answers myself later?
Yes! I designed this to be user-friendly. I will provide you with a simple text file (knowledge.txt). If your prices or hours change, you just edit that text file, and the bot updates instantly. No coding required on your part!
Does this work on Shopify, WordPress, or Wix?

What happens if a customer asks something the bot doesn't know?
