I extract and analyze real estate and rental listing data from public listing sites and portals property details, prices, and market insights, delivered exactly how you need them.

What I extract:

• Active listings: price, address, beds/baths, square footage, days on market
• Rental listings and pricing by market or zip code
• FSBO listings from public sites
• International portals (Rightmove, Zoopla, Idealista, etc.)
• Price tracking and change monitoring over time

Analysis add-on (Premium):

• Price per square foot by area or property type
• Average/median price, rent, and days-on-market by neighborhood
• Rent-to-price ratio calculations
• Charts and pivot tables summarizing the dataset
