Founded and run KBV Publishing, producing AI-generated UGC-style video ads for e-commerce and TikTok Shop brands. Handle everything from strategy and scriptwriting to production and delivery, working with clients across product demo, hook-testing, and multi-platform ad creative. Built on the same hands-on, run-the-whole-business approach from my previous decade as a director - bringing commercial judgment to creative work rather than just execution.

Owned and ran a courier company for several years, handling every part of growing the business online, including building and maintaining the company website, running digital marketing and paid advertising to generate bookings, managing branding and customer communications, and overseeing day-to-day finances. Learned firsthand what makes a small business's online presence actually convert enquiries into paying customers, which now shapes how I approach ad creative for e-commerce clients: it needs to drive real bookings or sales, not just views.

Ran an online business end-to-end for 10 years, owning every function from marketing and customer acquisition to finances, operations, and day-to-day decision-making. That generalist experience gave me a practical, numbers-driven understanding of what actually moves an e-commerce or online business forward, not just creative output for its own sake. It's part of why I approach video ad creative as a testable, ROI-focused tool rather than just "content" - I've sat on the other side of the marketing spend and know what a business owner actually needs to see working.
