FAQ
Do I need to share my main Airtable account password with you?
No, never share your password. The most secure method is to invite me as a workspace or base collaborator using my email address. Once the development and testing are finished, you can easily remove my access from your account settings.
Are your Airtable structures and automations fully GDPR-compliant?
Yes, compliance is a priority. I design data pipelines that handle information securely using official APIs. For European and German clients, I strongly recommend routing data through EU-hosted automation infrastructure (like Make.com’s EU servers) or self-hosted n8n
Will you create a Softr client portal or web app for me?
Yes! I can design a Softr web app linked to Airtable perfect for client dashboards, project trackers, or membership sites.
Can you migrate my data from old Excel sheets or Google Sheets without losing history?
Absolutely. I will audit your existing Excel, CSV, or Google Sheets data, clean up formatting inconsistencies, and map out a clean relational structure. Your historical data will be seamlessly imported into fully optimized, linked Airtable records.
o you build multi-app integrations using Make (Integromat) or Zapier?
Yes, I specialize in building multi-step automation pipelines. I can connect your Airtable base to tools like Shopify, Webflow, HubSpot, Slack, Gmail, or any custom API webhook to automate repetitive manual tasks and eliminate double-data entry.
an you help me set up Programmatic SEO or content sync with Webflow/Shopify?
Yes. Many marketing agencies use Airtable as a central headless CMS. I can configure automated syncing systems that push content, blog posts, job boards, or e-commerce products directly from Airtable to Webflow or Shopify dynamically.
Will my team find the database easy to use after you deliver it?
Yes. I focus heavily on user experience. Alongside your custom database, I build intuitive Interfaces with restricted permissions and simple forms. I also provide a brief video walkthrough explaining exactly how to navigate, update, and manage your new workspace.
Can you write custom JavaScript scripts inside Airtable extensions?
Yes. While I try to build using native low-code features to keep your base easy to maintain, I can write custom JavaScript scripts inside the Airtable Scripting Extension for advanced logic, complex calculations, or unique API requests.
Do I need a paid Airtable plan for your setups to work?
Many basic relational structures function perfectly on Airtable's Free plan. However, if your business requires advanced user permissions, large record capacities, complex native automations, or multi-step external integration apps, you may need to upgrade to an Airtable Team or Business plan.
