Do I need my own domain already, or can you help me get one?
You should have your own domain purchased before we start (I don't sell domains). If you don't have one yet, I can guide you on picking one suited for cold outreach — a separate sending domain from your main website domain is recommended.
How long does warmup take before I can start sending?
Typically 2–3 weeks for a new domain to build sender reputation before high-volume sending. I'll get your infrastructure and warmup running immediately, but I can't skip this step — sending too soon on a cold domain is what causes spam placement.
How many leads/emails can I send per day once this is set up?
This depends on your domain age, mailbox count, and warmup progress — I'll give you a specific sending schedule based on your setup once we start, rather than a generic number that may not fit your case.
Do you provide the leads, or do I need my own list?
Both. If you already have a list, send it and I'll work with it. If you need one built, let me know your ideal customer profile in the order requirements and I can source/enrich a list as part of Premium (or as an add-on).
Can you guarantee my emails will land in the inbox?
No one can guarantee 100% inbox placement — deliverability depends on ongoing sending behavior, content, and list quality, not just setup. Do you offer ongoing management, or just setup?
This gig covers setup and initial campaign build. If you want ongoing campaign management, list building, or ongoing deliverability monitoring, message me — I can scope that separately.
