FAQ
What do I need to send to get started?
A top-view image (Google Maps aerial or hand sketch with measurements), photos of the space from different angles, and a brief description of what you'd like. A walk-through video is a great bonus!
Is every designs unique?
Yes! Every concept design is tailored specifically to fit the surrounding area, specific needs of the owner, climate zone, level of maintenance, budget... etc.
What EXTRA information should I also provide?
In order me to ''feel'' the space and create a new design, you can point in video to all weak points. Also,you can tell me which colors, plants, shapes you like/dislike, do you have kids or pets, future purpose of that space, need for privacy...
Do you make just a landscape design?
No. I have created vast variety of different designs, such as: Butterfly gardens, Memorial parks, Fairy garden, Green walls, Green roofs, Parking lot design, Sensory parks, design for HOA standards,Water-wise design, 3D visualization, Urban Resilient design, vegetable gardens...etc.
Costly mistake?
Work one-on-one with the experienced landscape architect and see yours first in 3D before spending a penny on landscaping and contractors. Local remote companies charge $2,000–$8,000 for this. With me, the same professional result starts from 495$
When it is not possible to get a contractor ready plan?
When a terrain is very challenging, steep or without a proper land survey documentation. In that case only concept layout and 3D visualization will be delivered in a package.
