I run an online store for refurbished electronics in Switzerland. I have optimized my email handling so that routine messages are sorted quickly, replies follow the same clear and friendly tone, and nothing important gets lost. Every message is still reviewed and sent by me personally. I also build personalized workflows around my own business needs, for example for order follow-up, pickup scheduling and product data.
