    Didn't deliver what I asked for plain and simple. Did m8nimum amount of effort and missed half the things I asked for.     Wasn't upfront with the cost of the gig. After purchasing continued to send custom offers, until i ultimately paid double the original cost. logo was professionally done though and turn around time was great.
