My project was very late and Olu went long periods without communicating. There were many broken links in the final project, and she used photos that were very large, so that now the site loads slowly. I am having to go back and change the photos myself, which is time consuming. I tried to be polite...

Communication was a bit slow and there was a lack of attention to detail. The wrong pop-up was live across my whole website for a period of time. Some of the formatting was not just not great - it had obvious errors.
