At Olatunji System, a digital marketing agency focused on scaling local businesses, I lead the AI and Automation department. My role is to take manual, time-consuming marketing and sales tasks and turn them into fully autonomous systems. During my time here, I have successfully automated workflows for over 20+ different business projects, helping clients move away from manual data entry and toward "set-and-forget" operations. What I actually do: Built Custom AI Agents: I use n8n and Make.com to build "agentic" workflows. Instead of simple triggers, I build systems that can research leads, draft personalized content, and update databases (like SQLite or Google Sheets) without me touching a button. CRM & GoHighLevel Architecture: I handle the technical side of GHL for our clients, setting up sub-accounts, making sure A2P 10DLC registration is approved so their texts actually get delivered, and building automation snapshots that handle lead follow-ups. Internal Agency Automation: I didn't just work for clients; I automated Olatunji System’s own internal flows. I built dashboards in Retool to track our project milestones and automated our lead-capture systems so our team can focus on strategy rather than admin work. E-commerce Syncing: For our retail clients, I’ve integrated Shopify with CRM tools and email platforms like Klaviyo. I use Liquid and JSON to make sure the data flowing between the store and the marketing tools is 100% accurate. Lead Generation Pipelines: I’ve built automated "factories" for lead scraping and qualification. This means the businesses we work with get a steady stream of qualified prospects delivered straight to their CRM, ready for a sales call. By focusing on the logic behind the automation, I’ve helped our agency’s clients reduce their operational costs and respond to their customers in seconds, not hours.
