What if the bug returns after delivery?
If the same agreed issue returns because of my delivered fix, contact me during the included support period and I will review it. Unrelated bugs, third-party changes, or new code added afterward are treated separately.
Will my live website experience downtime?
Most fixes can be prepared and tested before deployment. I will avoid making risky changes directly on your live website. When production access is necessary, I will discuss the safest deployment approach with you first.
Will you break another part of my application while fixing the bug?
I make focused changes only to the affected code and test the related user flow after the fix. I avoid unnecessary rewrites, and I can work in a separate Git branch so your current version remains safe.
Will you apply a temporary patch that breaks again later?
No quick band-aid unless you specifically request an emergency workaround. My goal is to identify the root cause and create a clean, maintainable fix that fits your existing codebase.
What happens if you cannot fix the problem?
Please contact me before ordering. I will review the error details and confirm whether the issue is within my expertise. If I cannot confidently handle it, I will tell you honestly before you place the order.
What if my project has messy, unfinished, or AI-generated code?
That is okay. I can investigate projects created by another developer or tools such as Lovable, Bolt, Replit, Cursor, and ChatGPT. The code must be accessible, and the problem should be reproducible.
Do I need to give you my passwords?
Usually not. The safest approach is to invite me as a temporary collaborator to GitHub, GitLab, Vercel, or another platform. You can remove my access immediately after the work is completed.
How do I know the bug is really fixed?
I will reproduce the issue, correct its root cause, and test the affected functionality. Depending on the package, I can also provide a written explanation, screenshots, or a video walkthrough showing the result.
