Do you provide domain name?
Shopify gives you a domain name with the '.myshopify.com' ending automatically. I will provide you with my step-by-step domain registration guide, which enables you to buy a custom domain inexpensively and set up free custom email addresses for your brand (example@yourdomain.com)
Can I still contact you after the store is done?
Yes! I am happy to help after delivery too. The package includes 14 days of free support and if you need additional modifications after that I can give you a custom offer.
Where do you source the images and graphic work from?
Either you provide them or I use those that are available with creative commons license.
What if I’m not satisfied with the result can I ask for a refund?
I will do everything to deliver the best possible work + you can ask for revisions. If the final design still doesn’t meet your needs and I haven’t transferred the store to you then yes, I can refund you.
Is logo included in the package?
Yes. I will make you a basic, simple text logo that fits your brand identity. But if you want you can send me the logo by you own.
Will I be able to make changes to the store myself later on?
Absolutely! You can access the back end once I transfer the store to you. No experience coding is required.
How will you make the legal pages?
I will use Shopify’s generic templates suited to your business.
Do you set-up payment gateway?
I will definitely help guide you during this process. Since a payment gateway requires you to log in to a private financial account (like PayPal), you will need to login but I will guide you if you need help.
