I bring 20+ years of professional experience in Virtual Assistance, travel management, customer support, administration, graphic design, consulting, and business operations. Since April 2021, I have been working full-time on Fiverr after starting as a freelance video editor. My career also includes leadership roles in customer service, where I advanced from CSR to Team Lead, managing teams, reporting, training, and workflow improvements. In addition, I worked in HR, administration, graphic design, and operations with a GHQ subsidiary, contributing to HR systems, company policies, marketing materials, and process improvements.
