Do I need a WhatsApp Business account?
For Cloud API yes. For WAHA you can use a regular WhatsApp number. I will walk you through the setup.
Will Meta ban my number?
WAHA uses the same WhatsApp Web protocol as a human user, risk is low if you do not spam. Cloud API is fully official, zero ban risk.
Can the bot work with my existing CRM?
Most likely yes. Tell me which one and I will confirm. I have integrated with HubSpot, Airtable, Google Sheets, and custom APIs.
Can I edit the responses myself later?
Yes. I set it up so you can edit FAQs from a Google Sheet or a simple admin panel. No code needed to tweak the bot replies.
