What is overclocking?
It is a way to increase the speed of your chip over than what it has been made for.
Usually, companies set the sweet spot for their hardware at a set standard to ship it to the consumers, and some of that performance might be locked away.
So, overclocking is just a way to get a little bit more than what it was made for.
Why should you do it?
I do not recommend you to do it, it is a highly risky step if you do not know what you're doing which can cause you to lose your hardware.
Unless you have someone to teach you to do it, that is.
How is it safe if contract you to do it?
I have been overclocking old and new GPU's and systems as a hobby since 2010.
So, depending on your GPU or CPU. We might be able to hit the new sweet spot for the performance than what it originally has.
PLEASE NOTE: Overclocking is highly dependent on silicon. Each silicon is different. It can be considered Luck.

Is it safe to overclock my GPU?
It is safe, as long as you are safe. We might be able to bring a little or a lot of performance out of it.
My GPU is fairly new, should I do it?
I don't recommend you to do that if it is new. Enjoy the performance, it is set at the current industry standard for consumers. :) I only recommend you to do it if you're using an old generation GPU that you don't want to get rid of yet.
My GPU is old, can we still do it?
Definitely! I don't recommend doing it on new GPUs but the older one can still have some juice left in them to get them a little up to current days demand.
is it safe to overclock my CPU?
As long as we're careful, yes it is. That's not to say there are no precautions to it though. It is a tricky and patient procedure.
Pay for Service?
You have to pay. If you don't luck out on silicon, is not an excuse to waste my time. Overclocking is a time-consuming endeavor since it requires stress testing for stability and changing settings for prolonged periods. My job is to provide the best optimal setting for overclocking!
