Which file formats can you provide?
I can provide SVG, DXF, AI, EPS, PDF, DWG, and JPG files. Please tell me which format your machine or software requires.
Can you convert an image, logo, or sketch into a laser cut file?
Yes. I can manually recreate and clean your artwork as an editable vector file. Please contact me first for detailed or low-quality references.
Will the file be ready for my laser machine?
I will prepare clean vector paths based on your dimensions and specifications. Final kerf, power, speed, and test-cut settings must be confirmed by you or your machine operator.
Do you provide physical laser cutting or shipping?
No. This Gig provides digital design files only. Physical production and shipping are not included.
Do you create multilayer or assembly-based designs?
Yes, depending on complexity. Please contact me before ordering and provide the material thickness and assembly requirements.
What counts as a revision?
A revision covers reasonable adjustments to the agreed design. A completely new concept or major change in scope requires an additional order.
