Pablo did an excellent job on a tricky project with a legacy Excel sheet with a lot of interdependencies. It was made harder since I didn't know exactly what to ask for and had to rely on his expertise to ensure it was user-friendly and easy to work with in the future. It was easy to manage our time zone differences as well.
