I have been working with B10 Capital, a U.S.-based tax consulting company, for around 3 years as a Finance Controller / Executive Financial Assistant. My responsibilities include bookkeeping support, A/P and A/R, invoicing, collections, vendor payments, bank and credit card reconciliation, payroll support for both W-2 employees and 1099 contractors, and financial reporting. I work with tools such as QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Gusto, Stripe, Divvy, Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Sheets, and other finance/admin platforms. Key tasks I handle include: Managing vendor bills and payment tracking Preparing and reviewing invoices Supporting A/P and A/R processes Following up on client payments and aging receivables Processing and reviewing payroll for W-2 employees and 1099 contractors Reviewing payroll records, paystubs, payroll reports, and year-end payroll details through Gusto Supporting payroll compliance items, including SUTA account setup/review, quarterly SUTA filing coordination, and payroll tax notice review Reconciling bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Preparing financial reports, cash flow trackers, revenue reports, A/R aging reports, and expense summaries Supporting the CEO and internal team with finance/admin operations Helping clean up processes and improve financial tracking workflows Although most of my experience was gained outside of Fiverr, I can provide a professional reference from the CEO to verify my experience and work quality.
