I work on staging where the risk is real, and live where it isn't. Your store keeps trading. I find the actual cause rather than masking it with a rollback that leaves you stuck on an old, vulnerable version.
You get a plain-English note explaining what broke, why, and what stops it recurring.
WHAT I NEED
WordPress admin, and hosting or FTP access if we have it. Tell me what changed recently: that usually halves the time.
