I’m Pascal, founder of train_with_pascal, and I’ve been coaching athletes in endurance sports for several years. Based in Southern Hesse, I work with all levels – from beginners to ambitious competitors in triathlon and running. My coaching philosophy: consistency beats short-term success. I focus on sustainable progress, structured training, and open communication.
