FAQ
Why the long delivery time?
I like to allow for shipping times. I have a lot of international clients. If your item is sitting in a warehouse, it could be a number of days before it reaches me. So most of the ‘delivery time’ is spent waiting for your item to arrive. Once I receive the item, turnaround time is 48-72 hours.
I have upfront requests for my video!
Absolutely! I love to hear all your input and requests and will do my best to accommodate them! I actually prefer to hear these upfront, as it will save both of us time (and possibly money for reshoots).
Do you do videos for products that require installation?
Anything that requires major installation i.e. light and ceiling fan fixtures, this is a no. Smaller things that require drilling into a wall such as smaller shelves etc. may be possible but will certainly include an additional fee.
Can you write a VoiceOver script for me?
Absolutely! If you want VoiceOver but dont have a script available, I can certainly provide one for an additional fee to be discussed.
