Automated a full criminal justice complaint lifecycle for the OASIS, New York project by building Record-Triggered Flows and Approval Processes — eliminating manual case handling from submission through final resolution. Launched a self-service citizen portal for Barnstable County on Experience Cloud, enabling citizens to independently apply for loans, track EMI status, and make payments — significantly reducing dependency on county staff. Engineered real-time payment and financial integrations by connecting Salesforce with Catalis payment gateway, Lockbox check processing, and Tyler Munis ERP via REST/SOAP APIs and Named Credentials. Built a scalable EMI automation engine using Schedulable Apex and Batch Apex to handle large-scale installment generation, due date tracking, and balance updates across complex multi-object data models. Improved citizen communication by designing automated email notification workflows using Flow Email Actions and Email Alerts across every stage of case and loan processing.
