Designed and implemented a GoHighLevel (GHL) website, sales funnel, and CRM automation system for Fighting Eel, a Hawaii-based fashion brand specialising in contemporary women's apparel, stylish dresses, and island-inspired fashion. Built a structured GoHighLevel landing page to showcase fashion collections, highlight featured products, and guide visitors toward product enquiries and purchase-related actions. Integrated lead capture forms and contact management features to collect customer information, organise enquiries, and support customer engagement across digital channels. Configured the GoHighLevel CRM pipeline to manage incoming customer enquiries, organise contacts through custom tags, and streamline communication with prospective customers. Developed automated workflows for email follow-ups, SMS notifications, contact segmentation, and customer re-engagement. Set up automated responses to new enquiries and integrated calendar booking where required for business consultations.
