My background studies are in Portuguese and English language teaching. I also have a Master's Degree in Portuguese Studies (Literature) and a PhD. in Cultural Studies from the University of Aveiro. I have won an Honorable Mention in a Literature Competition in 2013. I am also a flute player, classically trained at the local Music Conservatory, but with studies in Jazz in several private school over the years.
