FAQ
What do I need to get started?
You have to answer a couple of questions regarding requirements of design like the favorite color scheme, style with any sample images.
What does the 'Basic' pack include?
This package is recommended for buyers who only need some text with background splash or brush stroke. The basic package includes 1 basic logo which is not too complex. Final delivery will include High-resolution PNG file, JPG file.
What is the recommended package?
It's the Standard package, since it gives the transparency, and HQ logos, with the source file, vector file, and Unlimited Revisions.
What are Source Files? Why should I get them?
Source files are the original files of the logo so that you can edit/resize the logo to any size without losing quality using the Adobe software. Please, you need to select the Standard or Premium packages to get them.
What is logo transparency or PNG file?
PNG file has no background. It is a transparent background format. So you can upload your logo on your website, ...etc
What is Social Media Kit?
The social media kit includes covers for facebook, twitter, youtube/google+ and display picture for Instagram, designed using your logo.
What is Stationery Pack?
Stationery pack includes business cards design (both sides ), letterhead designed using your logo.
What is copyrights file? Should I buy it?
Yes!! It is strongly recommended to buy copyrights contract document to avoid any copyrights issue in the future. You can show the document contract designed by your designer as proof that you hire a designer to design the logo and it could be taken only in $30
