Is the international shipping fee included in the price?
No. The package price only covers my service for collecting, inspecting, and repacking your samples. Once all items are consolidated, I will provide the best shipping quotes (DHL/FedEx/UPS/Sea) based on the final weight and volume.
How do I send my samples to you?
After you place an order, I will provide my warehouse address in Gu'an, Hebei (near Beijing). You can simply set this as your shipping address on 1688, Taobao, or any other platform. Please make sure to include your Fiverr username on the package!
What happens if a sample arrives damaged at your warehouse?
I will notify you immediately with photos/videos of the damage. I can then assist you in contacting the supplier for a return or exchange locally, saving you the trouble of dealing with international returns.
