Senior developer on five client and internal products over six years, mainly Ruby on Rails and React. I worked directly with the clients, with no account manager in between, and practised extreme programming daily: pair programming, TDD and BDD, and continuous delivery. PROJECTS: 1. CLI Studios, an online dance class platform. Two years shipping features from a single Rails API to web and native iOS and Android clients. I owned billing, including Stripe subscriptions reconciled against mobile in-app purchases. 2. OpenComp, a compensation management platform. One of its most active contributors for three years, across a Rails API and a React UI. I replaced the fixed two-budget model with a configurable budgets schema, then built the recommendation engine on top of it. Both have been in production since, used on cycles from under 50 employees to several thousand. 3. East Agile Tracker, an internal project tracking tool. I designed and built the team's AI agentic delivery workflow from scratch and drove its adoption team-wide, then delivered the platform through it.
