How many CMS collections can I have in one project?
Webflow allows up to 40 CMS collections per project (on paid plans). Most sites need 2–5 collections. In my standard package I set up to 3 collections; premium covers unlimited collections. Each collection has its own template page and list page.
Can you set up categories, tags, and filtering for my blog?
Yes. I set up multi-category and tag systems using CMS reference fields, and implement Finsweet CMS Filter for advanced client-side filtering without page reloads. Visitors can filter your blog or portfolio by category, tag, date, or any field you choose.
Will I be able to add and edit content myself after setup?
Yes—that's the main goal. Once delivered, you manage all content through Webflow's Editor interface, which is as simple as editing a Google Doc. I record a Loom video walkthrough showing you exactly how to add, edit, publish, and delete items in your collections.
What is Finsweet CMS Filter and is it included?
Finsweet CMS Filter is a free JavaScript library that adds powerful live filtering to Webflow CMS lists. It's far more capable than Webflow's native filtering and works without any coding on your part once set up. It's included in Standard and Premium packages.
Can you connect Webflow CMS to Airtable or Google Sheets?
Yes. Using Make (Integromat) or Zapier, I can set up automations that push data from Airtable or Google Sheets into your Webflow CMS automatically. This is great for teams that manage data in a spreadsheet and want it reflected on their website in real time.
