I joined as a Shopify developer to this firm and have designed and developed multiple Shopify eCommerce stores for multiple industries. later on, I was appointed as a lead Shopify developer and was managing a team of 10+ developers. My role was to,  Led the development and maintenance of over 100+ custom Shopify stores, ensuring seamless performance and user-friendly interfaces.  Architected and implemented custom themes tailored to client specifications, enhancing brand identity and optimizing the user experience.  Developed and integrated custom Shopify apps to extend store functionality, including inventory management systems, customer loyalty programs, and advanced analytics tools.  Managed complex integrations with third-party APIs and services, such as CRM systems, payment gateways, and marketing automation platforms.  Conducted code reviews, optimized existing codebases, and implemented best practices to enhance site speed, security, and scalability.
