I read in another review “a lot of up-and-down” communication to get work done. This is also my experience. In the end all good (more/less) but It would be better to reach that, without intensive messaging. Nobody has time for that. However, very willing to do the right job, eventually.

This is really difficult work to do, and well worth the cost paid for it. Unless you are a blender expert and have this painstaking attention to detail, better to just pay the experts!
