FAQ 1 — Which brokers and exchanges can you connect?
Any platform with a documented API: Indian brokers (Groww, Dhan, Zerodha and others), crypto exchanges via ccxt (Binance, Bybit, KuCoin…), Interactive Brokers, Alpaca. If it has an API, I can integrate it.
FAQ 2 — Do you guarantee profits?
No — and be careful with anyone who does. I deliver reliable execution and honest backtests; how a strategy performs is up to the strategy and the market. My job is that the bot does exactly what you designed, every time.
FAQ 3 — Is my strategy confidential? Are my keys safe?
Yes. NDA on request, your strategy is never reused, and API keys are stored encrypted (AES/Fernet) — I never need withdrawal permissions, only trading scope.
FAQ 4 — Can it run 24/7 without my laptop?
Yes — deployment to a low-cost cloud server (VPS) with auto-restart and alerts (Telegram/email on fills and errors) is part of Standard and Premium.
FAQ 5 — I have an idea but no exact rules yet
That's normal. We start with a scoping conversation that turns your idea into precise, testable rules — then backtest them before you spend on the full build.
