Will you edit my personal statement or just discuss it?
Live strategy service. We walk through your PS together on Zoom screen share, discussing direction, structure, and how it reads to programs. You get a written action plan with specific recommendations. You apply changes to your own draft.
How are sessions scheduled?
After you order, message me with 3 to 5 time windows over the next 5 to 7 days. I confirm within 24 hours and send the Zoom link the day before. Multi-session packages scheduled as we go for flexibility across your application cycle.
I am switching specialties. Can you help?
Yes. Specialty switching has different considerations. We discuss how to position the switch in your PS, which programs are switcher-friendly, and how to handle the interview question about why you changed paths.
Do you cover IMG and DO applicants?
Yes for DO applicants (strategy is nearly identical with specialty-specific considerations). For IMG applicants, message me first so I can confirm I have relevant context. ECFMG-specific advice is limited.
Can I record our session?
Yes, with your permission. I record on my end and send you the file with your written action plan so you can rewatch the discussion while applying recommendations to your draft. Most buyers find this more useful than session notes alone.
How does the Premium 3-session package work?
Session 1 (summer): specialty alignment, program list, signaling. Session 2 (application phase): PS direction and application optimization. Session 3 (interview/rank season): interview prep and rank list strategy. Scheduled together based on your timeline.
What if I am dual-applying to multiple specialties?
Common scenario. We discuss how to structure dual applications, which specialties pair well, how to handle different personal statements, and signaling strategy across two specialties. Premium recommended for dual applicants given the complexity.
