We began our career as leasing agents, initially focusing on tenant acquisition and lease agreements. As we gained experience, we expanded our role, taking on responsibilities in various areas of property management, including tenant screening, maintenance coordination, and financial management. Working with several property management companies under a larger organization, we gradually developed a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of property management. Our ability to handle diverse tasks and lead teams allowed us to rise through the ranks, eventually earning the position of assistant manager. In this role, we were responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting the property management teams to meet organizational goals effectively.
