I'm a certified Personal Trainer running my own freelance PT business, coaching clients both in the gym and in their homes. I'm also a Strength & Conditioning Coach at a professional football club's academy.
No matter the client or goal, my approach is the same: I don't just tell you what to do, I teach you why.
I don't sell a plan and leave you on your own. I coach, educate and involve you throughout the process. Ask questions, send videos and get feedback whenever needed.
