Verification and Documentation Maintenance logs, calibration sheets, and inspection reports were completed, compiled, and submitted in accordance with SEC standards. Client Witness & SEC Confirmation All activities listed above were witnessed by SEC representatives and signed off by client-side quality assurance personnel. Documentation has been verified and archived as per project requirements. Documentation and Compliance Prepared, reviewed, and finalized all required documentation in strict alignment with SEC standards. Received official sign-off from SEC representatives upon completion, demonstrating full client approval.
