SYMPTOMS I FIX
Paid but still not Pro, or Pro that disappears on relaunch.
Restore purchases does nothing on a new device.
Still Pro after cancelling, or access lost after upgrading.
Purchase never completes, or completes but nothing happens.
Works in sandbox, fails in production.
WHERE IT ACTUALLY BREAKS
Most of these are not in the paywall. They are in the transaction listener, the entitlement mapping, or the server that never got told. I check the app and the server, because guessing between the two is what makes this drag on for weeks.
BEFORE YOU ORDER
Tell me what the user did, what they expected, and what happened instead. I will tell you the likely cause and which package fits before you pay anything. Everything in writing, no calls.

I do not know if the bug is in the app or the server
That is normal, and it is exactly why this drags on. Finding which side it is on is part of the job, not an extra. Send me the symptom and I will locate it before you pick a package.
Do we need a video call
No. Everything runs in writing through Fiverr messages. You get the fix in your project plus a short note on what was actually wrong, so it does not come back.
What if you cannot reproduce it
Subscription bugs are often timing or account specific, so this happens. If I cannot reproduce it and cannot prove the fix, you get a full refund. I will not hand you a guess and call it done.
