I will be your freelance quantity surveyor for tenders, valuations and variations
Contractor side QS support, commercial spreadsheets, business automation
Informazioni su questo servizio
Need a quantity surveyor in your corner without hiring one full-time? That's me.
I spent 30 years as a contractor's QS - the commercial side of construction - and I'll take the awkward, time-eating jobs off your plate:
- Subcontractor tender levelling - three quotes in three formats, lined up like-for-like so you see the real cheapest and spot what's been left out.
- Payment applications & valuations - prepared properly so you claim what you're owed, on time.
- Variations & final accounts - built up from your own rates, quotes and cost records (including where there's no contract rate), structured and ready to agree.
- Tender pricing structure - I build the pricing document; you drop in your own costs.
I don't sell rates. Your figures - your quotes and cost records - are always the source. What you're buying is the structure, the build-up logic and the judgement of someone who's done this for a living.
Small builders, subcontractors and developers. UK and international both fine. Tell me what you're up against and I'll tell you honestly how I can help.

FAQ
Do you provide the rates or prices?
No — your own subcontractor quotes and cost records are always the source. I provide the structure, the build-up and the commercial judgement, so the figures stay yours and stay accurate.
Are you a chartered surveyor now?
I was an RICS member (2009–2022) and worked as a contractor’s QS for 30 years; I’m now retired, so no current chartered status. The commercial experience is what you’re getting.
Can this be a regular monthly arrangement?
Yes — and it’s often the best value. Payment applications especially work well as a monthly retainer, set up as a custom offer right here on Fiverr. Just ask.
Can you work on projects outside the UK?
Yes. Levelling, applications and variations travel; only the rates change, and those always come from you.
