This job helped strengthen my career through administration which no one prepares you for. I emailed and WhatsApp all patient 6-monthly and a day before reminders, sent thank you emails after the appointment has completed, looked back into the dental book and contacted patients to keep their relationship with us. Check-in messages were also sent after dental treatments were completed. We have created a really strong relationship with our patients.
