What information will you need from me?
I will need your event details including: Event title and description Date, time and location Ticket types and pricing Any agenda or schedule Logos, images, and branding (if available) Speaker or host information (if applicable) Don’t worry if you are unsure — I will ask you for any info I need.
Can you help if I am new to Eventbrite?
Yes. I specialise in helping beginners and first-time users. I will handle the technical setup so you don’t feel overwhelmed.
How will we stay in touch?
All communication will be done via email. I will update you regularly and ask for anything needed to complete your event setup. If an emergency occurs, we can setup a Zoom link to discuss immediately.
What is the Eventbrite setup process?
The process is simple: You create an Eventbrite account You set up an organiser profile You create an admin role and add me as an admin to your event I will then complete the full event setup and optimisation for you I will guide you through each step if needed.
Can you setup for repeat or multiple events?
Yes. I can set up single, multiple and repeat events. Please contact me for custom or bulk event projects.
Do you provide event design services?
Yes, for Premium packages I include custom banners and branding. Additional design work can also be added as an extra service.
