I was stressed out because I had an embroidery file that was created by a different digitizer that I needed a separate applique file for so I could cut with my Cricut. When I reached out to Rafi, he understood exactly what I needed and was able to deliver the file in first try! I will be using him for regular services from now on.

Working with Rafi was a pleasure. What I wanted was a simple and he didn't overcharge for it. Everything I asked for was completed on time. There was no language barrier we had to overcome; which can sometime happen on this platform. If the product sample comes in like it looks on Printful, I will be using him again. Thanks Rafi!
