As an Insurance Quoting & Policy Services Specialist, I supported U.S. insurance agencies by delivering accurate and timely insurance services across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Trucking Insurance. My responsibilities included preparing homeowners, auto, commercial property, general liability, and trucking insurance quotes based on client information and carrier guidelines. I handled policy servicing tasks such as endorsements, renewals, cancellations, reinstatements, billing assistance, and policy updates while ensuring accuracy and compliance. I regularly prepared and processed ACORD forms, including ACORD 125, ACORD 126, ACORD 130, and ACORD 140, and issued Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for contractors, mortgage companies, landlords, and business clients. I worked with agency management systems such as AMS360 and EZLynx to maintain policy records, update client information, and manage insurance documentation efficiently. I also communicated with insurance agents, underwriters, carriers, mortgage companies, and clients to gather required information, resolve policy-related issues, and ensure requests were completed on time. My focus has always been on delivering accurate work, meeting deadlines, maintaining organized records, and providing excellent customer support to help agencies improve productivity and client satisfaction.
