Key Responsibilities and Ongoing Achievements: I design step-by-step workflows with Make or Zapier, linking our CRM to task apps and chat platforms - so info moves fast and right the first time across teams. I build smart AI helpers using tools like GPT4 and Claude from Anthropic. So they take care of tricky jobs - like basic customer help, tailored messages, or shortening work docs. Each one’s made to fit a specific role. They pull through routine stuff without slowing teams down. Data processing - I create tailored webhooks or link APIs so heavy streams of info move smoothly, like sorting leads while updating databases instantly. I keep an eye on the system all the time, fixing things before they break so it stays up and running. Also, I tweak how prompts are built - this helps the AI give better results without spending extra resources. My current role at Revdeen shows I’m deeply focused on creating, keeping up, and adjusting strong business setups over time.
