Combine recurring CSV exports or divide a large file into smaller parts, with a Python script to repeat the process.
Choose ONE workflow:
- MERGE 2 to 10 CSV files with identical headers in the same order. All rows are kept and a source filename column is added.
- SPLIT one CSV into batches of an agreed number of rows, with a header in every file. Up to 100 output files.
Scope: up to 10,000 data rows in total, 30 input columns and 10 MB per source. UTF-8 CSV with comma, semicolon or tab delimiters.
You receive the processed files, a row-count and source report, a reusable Python script and instructions. Two-day delivery and one revision within the agreed scope.
Cell values and row order are preserved. This is file consolidation, not a database join, deduplication or cleanup service. Send an anonymized sample and your rules before ordering. Python 3.9 or later is required to rerun the script. Work uses scripts and AI-assisted review. Gallery examples are synthetic. English and French communication.

Does merging remove duplicates or join matching IDs?
No. This package stacks files with identical headers, retaining all rows in the chosen file order. It adds a source filename column. Deduplication, cleaning and relational joins are outside this package.
Can you split by row count?
Yes. Choose the maximum data rows per part, with up to 100 output files. Each part repeats the header, and the report lists its row count. Splitting by category or custom business logic is outside this package.
Can I reuse the process on future exports?
Yes. The Python script runs locally with Python 3.9 or later, without extra libraries. Reuse it for files with the same supported structure. Existing output folders are not overwritten.
