What do you need to start?
Your architectural model or CAD plans, specs or markups, Revit version, LOD target and any BIM standards.
Which Revit version do you use?
I work in the version you tell me. Revit files don’t open in older versions, so confirm yours before ordering.
Do you design or size the MEP systems?
No. I model from your design or your engineer’s data. I don’t size ducts, pipes or loads.
Are the drawings stamped or permit approved?
No. Stamps and permit approval need a licensed professional. My models and sheets can support their work.
Can you convert my AutoCAD drawings to Revit?
Yes. I rebuild them as an organized Revit model and flag anything unclear before starting.
Do you include clash detection?
Standard and Premium include an interference check between systems with a clash list from Revit.
What LOD can you deliver?
LOD 200 on Basic and LOD 300 on Standard and Premium. Message me if you need something different.
What files will I receive?
RVT and PDF on all packages, DWG on Standard and Premium, and IFC on Premium or on request.
Can you follow my BIM standards and templates?
Yes. Send your template, families or naming standards and I’ll match them where possible.
What if my project is bigger than the packages cover?
Message me with your files and I’ll send a custom offer.
